Because QuotaWash provides digital products, customized setup services, and subscription-based access, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

By purchasing QuotaWash services, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Setup Fees

One-time setup, onboarding, customization, and implementation fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.

These fees cover:

  • System setup
  • Configuration
  • Design customization
  • Technical implementation
  • Account onboarding
  • Service preparation

Because time and labor begin shortly after purchase, setup work cannot usually be reversed.


2. Subscription Payments

Monthly or recurring subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billed.

When you cancel:

  • Future recurring charges stop
  • Your subscription remains active through the current billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds are guaranteed for unused time

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.


3. Trial Periods

If a free trial is offered:

  • Customers may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
  • Failure to cancel before the billing date may result in automatic subscription charges

QuotaWash is not responsible for missed cancellation deadlines.


4. Custom Work & Digital Services

Custom work may include:

  • Personalized website setup
  • Branding integration
  • Dashboard customization
  • Automation setup
  • Domain configuration
  • Client-specific modifications

Due to the digital and customized nature of these services, completed work is generally non-refundable.


5. Refund Requests

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We may consider refunds in situations involving:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Major technical failures caused directly by QuotaWash
  • Exceptional circumstances determined at our discretion

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.


6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider, please contact QuotaWash support first.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Loss of access to services and hosted systems

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

  • Recurring subscriptions may be paused or canceled
  • Outstanding balances may remain due

8. Cancellation Instructions

Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
