5. Setup Fees

Certain plans may include one-time setup, onboarding, or customization fees.

These fees cover:

Setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

When canceled:

• Future recurring charges will stop
• Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
• No partial-month refunds are guaranteed

• Fraud
• Chargebacks
• Illegal activity

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and customized nature of QuotaWash services:

• Completed setup work is non-refundable
• Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billed
• Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion

If you experience technical issues, please contact support before requesting a chargeback.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Interfere with system security
• Upload malicious software
• Abuse or exploit the Service
• Use QuotaWash to send spam or fraudulent communications

QuotaWash reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

9. Intellectual Property

All QuotaWash branding, software, design systems, graphics, code, and platform functionality remain the property of QuotaWash unless otherwise stated.

Customers retain ownership of:

• Their logos
• Uploaded images
• Customer-submitted content

You grant QuotaWash permission to use submitted materials solely for providing the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

QuotaWash may integrate with third-party providers including:

• Supabase
• Hosting providers
• SMS/email providers
• Mapping APIs

QuotaWash is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party platforms.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep QuotaWash operational and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or uptime.

Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party failures may occasionally affect availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

QuotaWash shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost leads
• Lost business opportunities
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to QuotaWash within the previous 12 months.

13. No Guarantees

QuotaWash does not guarantee:

• Business growth
• Revenue increases
• Lead volume
• Customer conversion rates

Results vary based on many factors including marketing, pricing, service quality, competition, and business operations.

14. Modifications

QuotaWash may update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions become effective once posted on the website.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
